What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advance clinical telephone support to patients and other callers
- Assess patients' needs and appropriately disposition cases
- Collaborate with clinic and hospital-based providers for prescription renewals and referrals
- Perform mental status assessments when required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- RN-Registered Nurse in State of Residence
- 2 years of practical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, urgent care, or emergency room/department
- Professional knowledge of clinical nursing protocols and regulations
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical/health records

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of mental health experience
- Additional certifications or specialized training in relevant areas
