Job Description
Under the guidance of the SHRO, Implements, administers, and maintains identified HR strategic initiatives for the assigned business unit(s), with focus on workforce planning, analytics and insights, organizational development, labor strategy, succession planning and experience strategy . Accountable for identified business HR activities, partnering with site leadership, to align and implement. Provides strategic advice and guidance to business leaders, facilitates change, and ensures core HR processes are delivered effectively and consistently with HR strategies and departmental needs.
Job Responsibility
1.Works collaboratively with SHRO to develop, coordinate, integrate and implement best practice HR programs tailored to the site needs. 2. Works independently across multiple areas and serves as a project/technical lead on small to medium-sized strategic projects, collaborating with stakeholders to drive delivery. 3.Analyzes HR site issues and problems and develops, with the SHRO and business leadership, optimal solutions that maximize performance. 4.Under the guidance of the SHRO, partners with business leadership to drive HR and business objectives and to provide advice and counsel to focus on creating innovative HR solutions that support strategy. 5.Ensures compliance with all HR/labor Federal, State and local regulations. 6. Must be committed to fostering an inclusive workplace, achieving operational excellence, developing an effective cost management culture and enhancing the customer experience. 7.Collaborates with other functions, departments, teams and individuals to achieve HR business objectives. 8.Performs related duties, as required.
Job Qualification
1.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, required.
2.7+ years of preferred technical experience, including 2+ years of preferred leadership/management experience.
