What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop relationships with financial advisors in the Philadelphia territory to promote investment products and services
- Create and implement a business plan targeting key objectives and track progress against goals
- Maintain expertise related to capital markets and the investment management industry
- Coordinate prospect meetings and sales support activities in collaboration with the Client Advisory Team
- Maintain all activity information in the employer's CRM database and ensure compliance with internal processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the investment management industry, with at least 5 years in intermediary distribution
- Experience working with wirehouse, regional, and independent financial advisors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CIMA, CAIA, or CFA designations
- SIE, Series 7, 66 or SIE, 7, 63, 65 licenses
- Professional characteristics demonstrating curiosity, empathy, and a solution-based approach
