Analyze functional requirements and opportunities efficiently, identifying and providing recommendations on systems solutions.
Analyze and problem solve system issues to determine the best course of action.
Develop, improve and/or maintain processes, procedures and requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
Document systems and their interdependencies in the form of system specifications.
Support system testing to ensure the efficiency, functionality, and user friendliness of systems, including contributing and potentially developing test scripts.
Facilitate business change in support of solution design and implementation.
Facilitate the implementation, adoption, and embedment of Technology projects into business plans.
Engage Business SMEs to gather and derive business and systems requirements and translate them into functional - technical specifications.
Review vendor created requirements and design specifications to ensure fit for purpose for Enbridge.
Review cross-functional business processes, identify fit gaps and propose remediation.
Support the EAM program strategy and solutions to meet project deliverables.
Collaborate with other Enbridge development teams (Oracle, Maximo, and PowerPlan) as needed to build or modify functionality and integration.
Maintain domain Application-System knowledge and keeps abreast of solution development progress.
Participate in quality assurance testing ensuring defined user requirements are met; translate business requirements and use cases into test plans and test scenarios.
Facilitate data extracts and access to data for ERP Data Conversion, Master Data Management and Reporting and Analytics teams.
Participate in data activities including data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation.
Related University degree (e.g., Computer Engineering, MBA or equivalent)
Background in Asset Management as you will be assigned to the following areas: Asset Management Decision Making, Asset Data and Information, Risk and Review, Strategy and Planning.
Four or more years of related experience (e.g., Functional Analyst, Project Lead, Business/Systems Analyst, or similar role)
Strong knowledge of relevant domain processes in Operations (Asset Management Decision Making, Asset Data and Information, Risk and Review, Strategy and Planning)
Experience implementing software modules including requirements and testing experience.
Knowledge of core business applications such as Copperleaf, SAP, Oracle or Maximo that are relevant to ERP.
Technical skills such as SQL and advanced Excel to support data activities.
Ability to interpret process flow charts to understand what data is captured and how it travels between various applications and hardware components.
Experience in BPMN notation for process mapping and Agile methodology an asset.

This is a non-union positionThis position will provide technical solution expertise to the AWM functional work streams in the ERP Program. This is a key role to help define and solution the AWM strategy, identifying solutions that meet the business requirements and enable the benefits desired. This role will work closely with the ERP Technology and Data teams to deliver the solution, and act as a liaison between Systems Integrator resources and business SMEs.
