- Forge strong partnerships with colleagues across different business units to craft key audience engagement strategies.
- Work collaboratively with program teams to create experiences and content that align with program goals and overall objectives.
- Monitor audience engagement metrics for each event and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage financial aspects by providing projected expenses and analyzing market rates for each event.
- Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and contracting processes to ensure the best value and service.
- Employ data-driven approaches for budgeting and logistical planning.
- Innovate event design to elevate the attendee experience and foster audience growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy tools and resources that enhance engagement and connectivity for all event participants.
- Apply project management principles to maintain event timelines and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Oversee relationships with up to 30 vendors for each seminar and signature event.
- A collaborative environment with fellow planners to exchange and implement innovative ideas.

- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality or event planning industry.
- Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions swiftly in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Cvent and Social Tables is highly desirable.
- A track record of understanding and applying experiential marketing best practices and staying abreast of industry trends.

Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Advisor - Event Strategy and Planning and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization’s events. This position offers regular interaction with senior leadership and demands a keen understanding of the organization’s core areas to develop compelling design and audience activation strategies for various events. You will be at the forefront of orchestrating event experiences that resonate with our program and organizational objectives, all while championing user-centered design.
