- Collect delinquent payments from customers via phone pay, web payment, and mail, while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate payment solutions on delinquent accounts when the customer cannot make an immediate payment.
- Provide superior customer experience to both external and internal customers with phone courtesy providing appropriate follow-up, ensuring a consultative collections approach is taken.
- Ability to offer short- and long-term solutions to customers.
- Ability to offer payment arrangements to customers.
- Provide consultative collections experience to customers.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- College student or graduate preferred, High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of experience each in general business, collections and customer service required.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
- A wage of $18.50 per hour.

The Advisor II, Collections position interfaces with customers via inbound and/or outbound calls for the purpose of collecting funds on post-charge off accounts. This position performs duties to recover the delinquent funds owed to client and takes action to move accounts towards balance in full by directing customers through the appropriate means to resolve the debt.REIMAGINE YOUR CAREER
