What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-97 years of professional experience in risk management or regulatory compliance in the Banking and Financial Services Industry
- Experience in first line business risk and control organizations or second line risk oversight organizations
- Solid understanding of risk and compliance programs and objectives
- Knowledge of internal control practices, risk management frameworks, and methodologies
- Experience with process mapping, optimization, risk assessment, and control design
- Certification as a Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP)
- Experience with regulators such as CFPB, OCC, FDIC
- Ability to navigate ambiguous and unstructured problem sets
- Ability to influence client decision makers and drive results through teamwork
- Strong research, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in project delivery and effective communication
- Self-directed, accountable, creative, and comfortable working independently
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline
