Continually identify ways to innovate and improve the program and associated processes/toolsets.

Be the customers’ advocate while working with product partners at multiple levels across the product development organization.
Coordinate advisory programs by:
Recruiting, onboarding , and retiring industry-leading board members.
Ensuring proper legal agreements are in place.
Driving age nda creation and customer communication.
Planning and executing details and logistics on in-person and virtual meetings.
Recognizing and driving process improvements.
Maintaining strong customer relationships.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
5 + years of relevant work experience in program, project, or communications management.
2+ years in a customer facing role.
Demonstrates strong executive presence.
Ability to act as an advocate both for the programs overseen, but also customer participants.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
History of collaboration and interest in rolling up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Possess exceptional attention to detail.
Moderate understanding of the SaaS environment .
Demonstrated cross-collaboration skills and experience communicating with a variety of personas across multiple business units.
Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Easily able to grasp new technology .
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions .

Adobe is looking for an Advisory Boards Program M anager to help manage and plan complex and high-visibility customer feedback engagements for Adobe Experience Cloud. These programs bring together a range of personas, from individual contributors to executive-level customers, as well as Adobe’s solution leadership, to align strategy, vision, and product roadmaps.
The ideal candidate possesses strong program/project management skills and has experience leading multiple large customer-facing projects. They succeed in a fast-pa ced environment and are not hindered by ambiguity or balancing priorities and multiple projects. This means you are not only developing and driving high-level critical initiatives, but you will also dig in alongside your teammates and bring the project across the finish line.
As a Program Manager, you will build and drive customer advisory programs end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams and peers to define strategy and plans; recruiting and maintaining an engaged pool of participants ; working with Product Management, Product Marketing Management, Product Leadership, and other teams across the Adobe Experience Cloud business to build and deliver consistent , high-quality engagements for our strategic customers ensuring their feedback is being fed back into the business and that the business is garnering the feedback and guidance needed to drive innovation forward. You will identify and assess metrics to measure success and relentlessly advocate for both your internal and external stakeholders. You should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail (like an accountant!), and excellent customer interpersonal skills.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
