      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and oversee the delivery of customer service by Investment Advisor Representatives
      - Support AFA team managers and advisors in assisting members in a managed account program and providing financial education counseling
      - Monitor and maintain Service Level agreements and provide updates to leadership and clients
      - Collaborate with client relationship managers, providing statistics and participating in client meetings
      - Develop and implement supervisory procedures for Advisory Services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Serve as an escalation point and liaison between sub-advisors, corporate clients, and members
      - Deliver training to Advisor Representatives in partnership with sub-advisors and clients
      - Implement measurement and reporting systems to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
      - Continuously improve client service delivery and processes
      - Review and enhance tools used by Investment advisors
      - Contribute to the growth strategy of Financial Wellness Services and products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in the financial services/401k benefits arena
      - Team management experience in a call center environment
      - Proficiency in managing and coaching others for a minimum of 3 years
      - Experience in creating and maintaining audit and compliance procedures for at least 2 years
      - Experience handling call escalations and complaints for at least 2 years
      - Series 65 or 66 securities licenses required; Series 7, CFP preferred
      - Advanced knowledge of mutual funds and employer-sponsored retirement plans
      - Intermediate knowledge of Plan Participant Managed Accounts and investment advice regulations
      - Intermediate knowledge of overall financial management
      - Spanish speaking skills are a plus, but not required
      - Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of industry experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
