      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support product sales as the technical expert for a client-facing sales team
      - Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate solutions
      - Develop and maintain relationships with client partners
      - Guide strategic programs and customer journey sessions for top accounts
      - Conduct competitive analysis to maintain market differentiation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Enterprise Applications
      - Industry experience in Manufacturing, Technology, or Telecommunications
      - Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or other enterprise cloud software solutions
      - Strong collaboration skills with product management and marketing teams
      - Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with customer experience or customer service solutions
      - Familiarity with marketing events such as conferences and trade shows
      - Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
