      This is a remote position.

      Superlanet is seeking an experienced AEM Architect to support a strategic digital initiative for our healthcare client based in Texas. This is a direct hire, primarily remote position that requires occasional onsite presence for critical meetings and collaboration.

      As an AEM Architect, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to create scalable, secure, and user-centric digital experiences for the healthcare sector.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Architect end-to-end solutions using AEM Sites, Assets, and related Adobe Experience Cloud products.

      • Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and governance models for AEM development and integration.

      • Lead technical planning sessions and work closely with cross-functional teams including UX, QA, and DevOps.

      • Mentor development teams and perform code reviews to ensure performance, scalability, and security.

      • Translate business needs into robust technical solutions aligned with digital transformation goals.

      • Guide content and marketing teams on the effective use of AEM features.

      • Support DevOps in deploying and managing AEM environments (on-prem and/or cloud).

      • Provide technical leadership and participate in key stakeholder meetings both remotely and onsite.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 15+ years of experience in software development with at least 6+ years in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

      • Proven experience designing and implementing AEM-based solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.

      • Deep understanding of AEM architecture, including dispatcher, replication, workflows, components, templates, and integrations.

      • Strong knowledge of Java, JCR, Sling, OSGi, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).

      • Experience integrating AEM with analytics, DAMs, CRMs, and identity management systems.

      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

      • Experience in the healthcare domain or familiarity with healthcare compliance standards.

      • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Master status in AEM, ideally.

      • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
