      Job Description:
      • Participate in AEM requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and Client.
      • Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
      • Collaborate with client business owners and partners to create AEM implementation strategies and roadmaps.
      • Lead team and client meetings, explaining the solution being developed and guiding stakeholders through AEM authoring, site assembly, and digital asset management setup.
      • Lead scrum teams to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
      • Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Collaborate with product managers and business teams to maintain product backlog.
      • Stay updated on agile project management trends and best practices.

      Requirement/Must Have:

      • 3+ years of experience working with the AEM platform.
      • Prefer AEM Certified Business Practitioner.
      • Experience with digital marketing, web analytics, and SEO is desirable.
      • Deep understanding of the AEM platform and best practices for implementation.
      • Experience working with backend (AEM) and front-end UI teams, and creative design teams.
      • Consulting experience with enterprise customers.
      • Ability to review and elaborate on business and technical requirements.
      • Experience authoring websites using Adobe Experience Manager.
      • Experience creating functional specs, traceability matrices, workflow diagrams, and use cases.
      • Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
      • Ability to interpret business value from features and functions.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Capable of managing conflicting stakeholder needs.
