Job Description
- Req#: 78372
- Product vision and strategy – Define the WHAT and Convey the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint;
- Own the Product Backlog;
- Prioritizes and sequences the Backlog according to business value, ROI and Expert Team interests, focus on maximizing the value of the delivered product (ROI);
- Understand the interests of all business stakeholders and define new requirements based on business input;
- Write new user stories to document business requirements;
- Align with Feature Team on prioritization of the product backlog and Answer business questions from the developers;
- Support implementation of requirements by the development team;
- Ensure user acceptance tests and Management of dependencies and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field;
- In-depth knowledge and experience of agile methods and the SW development process;
- Excellent English skills and strong communication skills;
- High level of analytical thinking and ability to structure and simplify complex processes and problems in addition to customer-oriented thinking and acting, flexibility, enthusiasm and strong team skills;
- Experience in software development is a plus;
- Shared responsibility for the result of each sprint within the development team;
- Experience at the program or portfolio level in SAFe is a plus;
- This is a hybrid role based in Campinas, SP.

About the Team
You’ll be part of a small highly skilled, innovative, and motivated development team in the construction and exploitation of new digital solutions for ZF Aftermarket developed using cutting-edge technologies in web and mobile applications, together with cloud technologies. You will be working closely with the product team, marketing team, and other IT professionals, to build responsive, data-centric rich web and mobile applications.
