Leading early-stage supplier evaluations, focusing on quality, organisational maturity, technical capabilities, and risk mitigation
Supplier development: lead and manage technical assessments of new parts, supported by Design and Advanced Manufacturing Engineers.
Supplier management: be responsible for supplier qualifications, continuous improvement plans, surveillance and audits.
Communication: ensure a strong connection between suppliers and internal execution teams to support quality, on-time delivery and responsiveness.
Solid background in supplier quality and continuous improvement in industrial or energy sectors
Hands-on experience with supplier assessment methodologies and quality management systems.
Bachelor's mechanical degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Service)
At least 5 years of experience in Quality
Be able to travel locally and internationally at short notice to Customer offices or site plants
English fluent
Hybrid work – up to 40% remote
