Job Description
- Req#: 1196777
- Clean, prep, mask, prime, and paint aerospace components
- Apply coatings using HVLP spray equipment and other tools (training provided)
- Read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and process documentation
- Conduct visual inspections for surface defects or coating inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and workspace
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure workflow efficiency and deadlines
- Track materials used and report any supply needs
- Follow proper procedures for chemical and paint disposal
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Dependable work ethic and consistent attendance
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working with hands
- Ability to wear PPE (personal protective equipment), including respirators
- Prior experience in manufacturing or automotive/aerospace painting is a plus - but not required
- Performance Bonuses - Earn up to $550/month
- $2 Shift Premium for 2nd shift
- Weekly Pay - Get paid every Friday

We're looking for a detail-oriented Aerospace Painting Technician to prep and paint precision aerospace and ground support equipment. No experience is required - we offer paid on-the-job training . This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety, appearance, and performance of mission-critical parts.
