      Job Description:

      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JDA WMS Specialist to join our team. As a JDA WMS Specialist, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and support of our JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of the JDA WMS platform.

      Responsibilities:

      - Configure and customize the JDA WMS platform to meet specific business requirements

      - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into system configurations

      - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the JDA WMS platform, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations

      - Integrate JDA WMS with other systems such as ERP, TMS, and order management systems

      - Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures

      - Provide training and support to end-users on JDA WMS functionality and best practices

      - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in warehouse management systems

      - Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system stability, security, and performance

      - Assist in the implementation and upgrade of JDA WMS, ensuring smooth transition and minimal downtime

      - Participate in project planning and execution, adhering to timelines and deliverables

      - Continuously identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement

      R equirements:

      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

      - Strong knowledge and experience with JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS)

      - Proficiency in configuring and customizing JDA WMS to meet specific business requirements

      - Understanding of warehouse operations and processes

      - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within the JDA WMS platform

      - Familiarity with integration of JDA WMS with other systems such as ERP, TMS, and order management systems

      - Knowledge of SQL and database management for data extraction and reporting

      - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams

      - Ability to train and provide support to end-users on JDA WMS functionality

      - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in warehouse management systems.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      - Experience with implementing and upgrading JDA WMS

      - Knowledge of JDA WMS modules such as Labor Management, Yard Management, and Transportation Management

      - Familiarity with JDA WMS configuration tools such as Configurator and MOCA (Momentum Client Application)

      - Understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts

      - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation and customization

      - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

      - Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies such as robotics, conveyor systems, and RFID

      - Understanding of cloud-based solutions and experience with JDA WMS cloud deployments

      - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management

      - Certification in JDA WMS or other relevant supply chain management certifications.
