The opportunity:
The affiliate marketing manager is responsible for building and optimising the affiliate marketing programme as well as working with the affiliate agency to nurture and establish relationships with affiliates to drive revenue growth. The role will involve managing bottom of the funnel partners incl voucher code and cashback partners, as well as growing top of the funnel partners including influencer and content partners.
Key Responsibilities:
•Growth and development of affiliate programme
•Managing the programme to a channel ROAS, optimising the channel to meet these targets
•Negotiating and managing contracts, relationships and commission structures for affiliates, as well as maintaining direct communication and recommend new campaigns for affiliates
•Communicate channel performance to internal stakeholders
•Keep business up to date on affiliate trends and opportunities
•Briefing partners on upcoming promotions and optimising the channel to the trading calendar
•Building and maintaining the affiliate influencer programme, including the A* affiliate programmeKnowledge / Skills / Qualifications:
•At least 3+ years experience managing affiliates either at an agency or in house
•In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools commonly used in affiliate marketing.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to communicate effectively with affiliates, internal teams, and external partners.
•Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure favourable terms with affiliate partners.
•Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
•Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
