What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Assist with the review of submissions for expedited or full board review
- Attend full board meetings and present protocol-related issues
- Identify areas for improvement and provide guidance to senior regulatory staff
- Collaborate with sponsors, investigators, and CROs on clinical and regulatory affairs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- One (1) year of IRB or Clinical Research Industry experience preferred, or minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare within the last 6 years
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 lbs.
- Strong focus, attention to detail, and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree or other graduate level degree with a scientific background
- Strong understanding of biological and/or pharmacological sciences
