What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide guidance and assistance for compliance reviews and audits
- Advise clients on EEO and Affirmative Action matters
- Research and analyze federal, state, and city requirements for legal compliance
- Design and facilitate training programs and materials
- Prepare government reporting and engage with industry organizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity laws
- Customer service experience
- Strong organization, time management, and project planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in workforce compliance or diversity strategy
- Certification in Affirmative Action or Equal Employment Opportunity
