- Manages Information Technology Facility within AFRL/RW Advance Program Facilities.
- Leads the management and operation of the Information Systems within a multi-program facility with various levels of data classification and security requirements divided into multiple areas.
- Serves as the manager responsible for computational services planning, resource, policy, and standards development for the entire enterprise infrastructure.
- Serves as the Directorate Advanced Programs facilities Information System Security Officer (ISSO).
- Protects and maintains the availability, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability of information system resources and information processed throughout the system's life cycle.
- Reviews, analyzes, and validates certification and accreditation packages.
- Continuously identifies and analyzes threats and vulnerabilities to data facility information systems to maintain an appropriate level of protection.
- Leads and manages the operations of the division data facility secured processing area, which consists of SIPRNet access and other classified processing capabilities.
- Controls access and ensures all required training is accomplished for all users of the area.
- Coordinates with Network Engineers who install and maintain the network and communications equipment.
- Protects and maintains the availability, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability of information system resources and information processed throughout each system's life cycle.
- Maintains fluency with AFRL Research and Development (R&D) operational requirements in the area of Advanced Programs Classified Research and Development (R&D).
- Assesses applicability of R&D enclave’s capabilities in solving high-priority requirements.
- Works with representatives of multiple AFRL/RW Divisions to develop testing enclaves, RMF Documentation, and Transition Plans.
- Coordinates transition plans with the division’s Program Managers and supervisors.
- Uses written and verbal communication effectively and fluently in both informal and formal situations.

- Individuals must have one year of specialized experience which includes mastery of management of the Cybersecurity aspects of TS/SCI and SAP information systems including Risk management framework, incident handling, auditing, Body of Evidence documentation, inventories, Security, as well as Providing Cybersecurity training and awareness to local customers.
- Must have at least one year of specialized related experience at the DO-01/GS-11 or equivalent grade level.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance and or higher as mission dictates additional requirements.
- This position is an Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) position requiring Level/Tier 1 (Foundational) Non-Critical certification in Engineering & Technical Management (N).

- Information Assurance Manager Level 1—with experience and knowledge of CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISPP and IAM level II and 3 certs.
- Information Assurance Technician Level 2-with experience and knowledge of CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP and IAT level 3 certs
- Management of the Cybersecurity aspects of TS/SCI and SAP information systems.
- Including Risk Management Framework, incident handling, auditing, Body of Evidence documentation, inventories, Remanence Security, as well as providing Cybersecurity training and awareness to local customers.
- Working and collaborating with the Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs) and ISOs for covered systems.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service; ability to cultivate and sustain a professional environment of cooperation, cohesion, and teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to work within or lead a team to build consensus, seek alternative viewpoints from others, and identify and resolve conflicts/problems with the workforce.

- Eligible for TS/SCI clearance, and special access program information; willingness to submit to a counterintelligence Polygraph.
