- Provide support and answer high volume calls evenings and weekends

- Handles client complaints and writes incident reports as necessary
- Provides customer service to caregiver staff, clients, family, and referral sources
- Assigns qualified staff to clients appropriately

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Extensive telephone use required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to multi-task
