      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an After Hours Specialist, coordinating urgent member situations to ensure health and safety
      - Answer incoming calls and track, record, and assess member needs and situations
      - Collaborate with various departments and agencies to resolve complex member issues
      - Perform administrative tasks including data entry and updates to member files
      - Conduct follow-up activities to ensure members are in safe environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a community setting
      - Valid driver's license and ability to pass necessary checks for state business
      - Valid Level One fingerprint clearance card for working with children and vulnerable adults
      - Proficient computer skills, including typing a minimum of 40 words per minute
      - Knowledge of federal and state statutes relating to the care of individuals with developmental disabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health diagnoses
      - Familiarity with crisis management and community resources
