      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify client needs and manage scheduling of home care aides based on skills and availability
      - Schedule care for clients in both the geriatric and children/adult special needs divisions
      - Provide supportive leadership for daily operations and staff
      - Communicate effectively with staff regarding scheduling needs and client preferences
      - Resolve customer service issues and concerns directly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years or older
      - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Must possess excellent communication skills in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with children/adults with special needs
      - Staffing experience is a plus
      - Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Capable of exercising discretion with confidential information
