- Assist customers by establishing new relationships and strengthening existing ones.
- Listen to customer concerns, address inquiries, and educate customers on product offerings and coverages.

- Retrieve and respond to incoming emails, text messages, faxes, and calls.
- Handle customer inquiries, policy change requests, and maintain accuracy in compliance with business processes.
- Meet service level agreements and production targets.
- Maintain call handling time within set goals and ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Active Property and Casualty License preferred.
- To perform the essential functions of this job, acquisition and maintenance of Insurance License(s) may be required to comply with state and GAINSCO requirements. Generally, license(s) must be obtained within three months of starting the job and obtain ongoing continuing education credits as mandated.
- The ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license in 90 days of hire is required.
- Ongoing continuing education credits as mandated will be required and covered by the company.
- One or more years of experience in an inbound/outbound fast-paced call center environment.
- One or more years of experience in the auto insurance industry preferred.
- Customer service experience within an insurance agency is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Skype, Zoom, Teams, or similar online video meeting platforms.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with disciplined follow-up.
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and self-driven individual.
- Comfortable managing multiple software applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with standard office equipment including computer, telephone, calculator, printer, fax machine, and projector.
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AS/400, Image Right, and Claims Manager.
- Some weekend and evening hours’ work is required. Operating hours vary 8-5pm, 9-6pm, and 10-7pm.

We are seeking a dedicated Agency Service Representative to provide exceptional customer assistance and support through various communication channels including inbound/outbound calls, text messaging, and email. The primary responsibility of this role is to offer knowledgeable information based on state-specific guidelines, procedures, and insurance coverages.
