  What you will be doing

  You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Graduate ERP Program - Finance business expert and can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Developing a solid understanding on Airbus Helicopters business processes in the domain of Finance and Controlling ideally the end-to-end process.

  • Understanding the key drivers and measures of success for the business and the short-, mid- and long-term business roadmap

  • Having basic knowledge on ERP technologies based on SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4 Hana.

  • Analysing and understanding business requirements on Finance domain and acting as an interface to Finance systems and IM.

  • Managing the testing activities mainly while implementing Finance processes into SAP S/4 Hana following the concept of "applying SAP standards wherever possible", assuming solution simplification, harmonization, and sustainability as main decision driver.

  • Support the change management during all project phases and participate to training activities.

  • Act as an interface to other EF digital initiatives to ensure consistency and integration between all existing projects (ERP roadmap, Reporting standardization & automation and planning & Predictive).

  At the end of the 2 year development programme you will be fully equipped to be a key player as a Graduate ERP Program - Finance business expert member.

  What we look for

  To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:
  

  • Degree in Business administration (Master or bachelor) in the field of accounting or controlling or similar.

  • Experience with SAP products for Finance.

  • Experience in a multicultural environment would be appreciated.

  • Experienced in activity management and follow-up (preferably with an understanding of agile methodologies).

  • We are looking for a candidate who is autonomous, flexible, curious with good communication skills, entrepreneurial and customer oriented with a deep and wide knowledge on IT implementations for Finance.

  • The candidate shall be in all cases a team player, team oriented and service minded.

  • Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) is mandatory.

  • Advanced level of French and German language would be helpful.

  • The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

  Salary: €39,712 - €49,424
