What you will be doing

You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Future Mid-size Tactical Cargo Aircraft (FMTC) Project Manager, and can expect to be involved in the following:

• Support to Project Management and Programme setup tasks Stakeholder management (internal and external) Interaction with International Partners and Suppliers

• Learn and use Programme Management tools and processes

• Understanding the Military Transport Aircraft market and its trends

• Learn how a complex project works, including the interaction with all the involved functions

• Participate in Strategy, Marketing, Sales and Communication Plans Support to report and giving visibility to the project progress and its adherence to an agreed plan

• Learn how to steer a project in accordance with the PMP rules and processes

• Interact and understand the European Union as a Customer and how to interface with the different levels of the European Commission.

At the end of the 2 year development programme, you will be fully equipped to be a key player as a FMTC Project Management Graduate.

What we look for

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:

• A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study

• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)

• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation

• Knowledge of Microsoft and Google tools

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

Salary: €32,240 - €45,130
