Consolidate Plant business needs (sqm, flows, Marketplace strategy, o assets)
Set plant logistics priorities
Define Plant logistics macro-flows and footprint (surfaces & flows inside the plant & Warehouse )
Follow-up of logistic projects based on LBIP / AGILE management, reporting action on time/late to relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to logistics projects portfolio.
Write Change request specific relative to distribution, in direct communication with LSP and reflecting the CDT needs.
Support LTP projects deployment before G9 1st line:
Consolidating Plant Business needs
Providing input variation in Plant working environment (adaptation,usability…)
Supporting solution design, equipment installation and entry in service. o Take over LTP projects deployment beyond G9 1st line.
Interface between procurement and production.
Missing part follow up to coordinate necessary process (escalation)
Analyse and launch necessary action to ensure ODD compliant with aircraft planning and manage priorities
Collaborate with Airbus procurement to align delay with production needs
Coordinate traceability issues.
Manage administrative disputes
Control and update item parameters to ensure data effectiveness in the Information Systems
Support supplier sites intervention ( alert or coordination )
Contribute to MPS decision process.
Stock Management.
A Masters degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of Engineering (Industrial, Aerospace, IT...), or Business school with major in Supply Chain
Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Logistic and supply Chain
Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
Experience in the use and deployment of Digital solutions/tools would be a plus

You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Project Manager Graduate for Supply Chain and Logistic Operations and can expect to be involved in the following:

3. Lead Shop floor logistics and distribution local projects in line with Optimised Logistic Solution methodology to design the best E2E flow from ordering to logistic delivery solution.
4. SUPPLY COORDINATION
Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotation on a different mission.
At the end of the 2 year development programme you will be fully equipped to be a key player as a Project Manager Graduate for Supply Chain and Logistic Operations.

Salary: €32,240 - €45,130
