  What you will be doing:

  You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Transversal Support Engineering Project manager and can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Support engineering activities (Technical Support to customers, Airworthiness management)

  • Support Technical documentation elaboration and production

  • Maintenance Engineering

  • Methods and Tools, IT environment (infrastructure)

  • Project management, AGILE methodology

  • Innovation: use of Artificial Intelligence, mixed reality

  • Transnational environment : France, Germany, Spain

  • Based on the stated or anticipated business needs, understand and perform their mapping into the problem space of statistics, machine learning and AI.

  • Based on data modelling provided by IT, with a focus on business needs, extract and integrate both structured and unstructured data from various databases/data-stores with the help of Data Analysts;

  • Analyze the statistical properties of the data and use the scientific methods to find adequate existing or create novel solution proposals based on statistics, machine learning of artificial intelligence techniques.

  • Run controlled experiments to find the best solution. Implement the solution based on state of the art algorithms using best practices from software engineering.

  • Create protocols for monitoring of the accuracy of models against business needs.

  • Pro-actively contribute to the creation of and re-use of industrial-level AI solutions.

  • Actively contribute and share best practices, findings, and techniques with the wider data community.

  Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotation on a different mission.

  At the end of the 2 year development programme you will be fully equipped to be a key player as Transversal Support Engineering Project manager or Product Leader.

  What we look for:

  To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:

  • A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study

  • Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Engineering (general, IT, IA, …)

  • Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)

  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation

  • The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

  • MSc Engineering degree

  • Ability work in a team and be able to inspire

  Salary: €39,712 - €49,424
