      What You’ll be Doing
      You’ll play an important role in the marketing organization's success as you support the team with project management using the Agile Methodology, Scrum Framework, and other processes and workflows. You’ll oversee multiple projects for North America, EMEA and APAC. Managing projects from start to finish, you’ll coordinate and track project progress in Asana and facilitate scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, sprint priority updates, sprint reviews, and retrospectives). Along the way, you partner with marketing portfolio leads, sales partners, and other teams to project manage and produce the development of creative materials and assets for brand/corporate initiatives, campaigns, case studies, content creation, deal support, sales enablement, site visits, social media, web, and more.

      You'll report to the Senior Manager of Agile & Project Management Marketing Operations. You'll contribute to the success of the business as you oversee marketing project management success from start to finish.

      During a Typical Day, You’ll

      • Manage several marketing projects from start to finish following Agile project management methods
        • Take requests that come in through our Asana Request intake form system to set up kick off calls
        • Compile relevant information (define project scope, timelines, and assignments), and build the project within Asana, assigning roles to relevant team members
        • Keep the project up to date with tasks and timelines, communicate status with important partners, and share deliverables for review to make edits before final versions
        • Share final deliverables with the requesting team
      • · Ensure the team has the resources and information needed to be successful and stay up to date with Asana, Agile project management methods, and scrum best practices
      • Find ways to improve the project processes and standards allowing the team to reach their goals
      • Lead your team through daily standups, sprint planning, sprint priority updates, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
      • Analyze project data in Asana to understand/improve capacity and resource constraints, and improve projects, processes, and workflows
      • Complete ad hoc requests as assigned

      What You Bring to the Role

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, project management, or related OR equivalent work experience in a creative or digital agency
      • 2+ years of experience working in project management (1+ years working specifically on agile project management using scrum framework)
      • General marketing knowledge on campaigns, content creation, website development, social media and sales support
      • Experience using project management software (such as Asana)
      • Accuracy-driven and passionate in keeping your projects organized as you work on multiple complex projects concurrently in a two-week sprint timeframe
      • Clear at translating complex ideas into easy-to-understand details as you lead project meetings, communicate project details, and work with many teams to achieve a common goal
      • Comfortable initiating and executing new ideas/processes but asking for help when needed
