      As a Manager PM, you will use your technical knowledge to realize groundbreaking technology solutions for our clients. You will work with a multidisciplinary, global team providing direction on development, design, user interface, technology integration, and system architecture.

      Responsibilities:

      Lead all delivery efforts for migration to China based on regulatory requirements

      Lead/drive/track/unblock all delivery efforts for compliance/migration initiatives happening out of US, and help navigate/unblock/track for dependencies with HQ Products/Teams for work happening out of China.

      Drive activities ensuring migration work streams are delivered on schedule

      Manage day-to-day needs with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Engineering, Platform and Product teams.

      Assess and write Digital requirements as needed

      Connect across multiple work streams

      Manage and escalate dependencies, risks, and issues

      Communicate with key stakeholders and manage interactions across multiple channels and work streams

      Evaluate impacts of regulations across global product roadmaps

      Prepare executive status reports and prepare team status reports and tracking of issues

      Lead meetings, manage resources, and track budgets and forecasts.

      Requirements:

      7+ years of professional experience in the Information Technology Industry

      Program Management and stakeholder management expertise

      Experience working as a Scrum Master for a medium to large size project handling team of 10-20 people.

      Direct experience working with a client/company in China that has completed or is undergoing the MLPS compliance audit/process

      Understanding of how the Chinese market is unique and what works in rest of world generally does not apply in China from a software and data management perspective

      Understanding of the implications of non-compliance and how the Chinese government enforcement framework operates and consequent risk to revenue, good will, guest perception, and competitive position in market

      Understanding of cultural norms and how business in China operates

      Experience correctly messaging and positioning realistic timelines and risks of non-compliance to C-level executives

      General understanding of the Chinese data protection law and the evolving legal framework around data security

      Familiarity with WeChat APP and usage

      In-depth understanding of the SDLC with experience supporting the development of custom applications

      Excellent analytical skills, ability to understand complex business and document requirements clearly

      Excellent Agile/Scrum methodologies

      Experience leading stand-ups and scrum meetings

      Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with offshore team
