- Manage the team's project intake queue and collaborate with colleagues to obtain required information and synthesize into a narrative.
- Accountable for meeting intake objectives within established time frames
- Facilitate socialization meetings on a weekly basis.
- Ability to apply project tools and methodologies (AGILE, JIRA) to advance business applications, products, or client requests.
- Talent to communicate project expectations to team members and leadership in a timely and clear fashion.
- Interact with colleagues with a high degree of polish, professionalism, and reliability to ensure needs are met, changes are incorporated, and deliverables exceed expectations.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationship across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience in a related PBM/healthcare experience
- Knowledge of and experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management and Healthcare industries preferred.
- Knowledge of Web ex, Polaris, Pathfinder, Jira align and power point, Excel and Smart Sheets preferred.
- Must be able to adapt in a dynamic work environment and indirectly lead teams through positive changes.
- Strong technical understanding to determine value, prioritization and critical problem solving skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and have a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to collaborate, facilitate, and resolve issues and be able to develop customized solutions to meet business requirements.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent organizational skills with strong customer service focus and be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business and some travel requirements.
- Ability to be self-motivate in a work from home environment, free of distractions and available to work Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST
Job Summary
The Portfolio Management team is responsible for intake management and is the conduit for business getting work prioritized and ready for our Technology partners. This position is responsible for Intake and Planning, which includes coordination, prioritization and communication of all PBM technology initiatives.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 57,300 - 95,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
