      Title- Agile Project Manager (APM)

      Location- : Atlanta GA(Hybrid)

      Agile Project Manager (APM) is accountable for leading and driving the successful delivery of organization strategic initiatives. This role must be able work with multiple agile teams, develop a deep understanding of the client's ecosystem, understand overall IT delivery responsibilities, resolve dependencies, proactively plan and reduce risks, provide metrics to measure and evaluate overall health, progress and supports decision-making to help identify opportunities and continuous improvement.

      Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

      Experience: 5+ years preferred

      • 5+ years of medium to large-scale software delivery experience in a project management role. Proven ability to lead programs/projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met

      • 3+ years of experience in program delivery working in an Agile or Scaled agile environment.

      • Agile Certifications (i.e., SAFe 6.0, Scrum Alliance, icAgile, Pragmatic etc.)

      • Demonstrated experience with SCRUM and Kanban Agile methodologies

      • Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Rally, Microsoft Project, Asana

      • 0365 Microsoft Office Suite of Tools

      Working with both dev and non dev projects, main project is non dev, changing the structure to Agile and this person will need to know and understand SAFE.

      Responsibilities:

      Essential Accountabilities:

      • 3+ years leading high performing teams in Agile/Scrum/SAFe constructs.

      • Translate and drives the development of customer’s vision into an actionable roadmap.

      • Leads and manages team coordination, including timelines, milestones, and cadence of program/project/product releases.

      • Provide regular and open communication across the program and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impediments

      • Work with key stakeholders (Scrum Masters, RTE, Epic Owners, Product Owners) to define, organize, and manage the work scope across various development teams, removing roadblocks and holding teams accountable for their commitments.

      • Manage dependencies across cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment of work and deliverables to ensure fully functional features and delivery of program/project work is delivered

      • Must be comfortable with technology and willing to experiment with technologies that are rolled out in order to best support them.

      • Lead the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping, communications and reporting.

      • Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile transformation initiatives.

      • Flexibility is a must since this role will entail a wide variety of activities.

      • Must be able to work in a hybrid work environment in the Atlanta office
