The Vodafone Business Products Platforms & Engineering organization focuses on designing and delivering high-quality products and customer solutions. Within this organization, the Agile Project Manager (APM) plays a key role in facilitating and guiding the Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery. The APM is responsible for optimizing workflows, coordinating Agile ceremonies, managing risks and dependencies, and fostering collaboration across teams using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Kanban boards.

As an APM, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of assigned features, ensuring budget alignment, business and technology deliverables, and adherence to Agile best practices. You will participate in strategic planning, support Lean Portfolio Management, and drive continuous improvement through Agile coaching and process optimization. Additionally, you will act as a key advocate for Agile methodologies, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and teams while driving operational excellence across the release train.

What you bring:

• Strong experience working within a SAFe/agile environment, preferably as an Agile Project Manager or Senior Scrum Master.
• Experience facilitating large planning events (PI) by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, Backlogs
• Would be nice if you are Certified SAFe or other industry recognised agile certifications (Preferably SAFe RTE)
• Advanced English level.
