Job Description

- Manage the Agile Release Trains, flow of value, ensuring each step brings value to the project.
- Coordinate and align ART activities with the organization's strategic goals.
- Serve as a liaison between product management, development, and support teams.
- Ensure effective program increments (PI) planning.
- Help the ART manage and mitigate risks.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and act as a servant leader to the ART.
- Promote improvement through inspect and adapt (I&A) events after PI completions.
- Guide agile teams in improving their practices, helping them become self-sufficient and more efficient over time.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience working as Agile Release Train Engineer.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and SAFe framework
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead large group discussions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex challenges.
- Leadership and coaching skills to guide teams towards high performance.
- SAFE certification will be an added advantage.
