What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies and manage multiple Agile teams
- Oversee backlog management, including prioritization and refinement
- Collaborate with Product Owners and create Burndown and Burnup charts
- Produce reports for upper management to track project progress
- Work closely with application teams to ensure alignment on project goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including MSFT ADO and TFS
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Azure DevOps
