We are looking for AGM/DGM - HR & IR - Ambernath to join our GF_Human Resources + Payroll team in India .

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Strategizing and leading all people development interventions for the organization
• Work actively in setting a harmonious IR Culture
• Anticipating & Networking with employees in understanding IR scenario
• Hands on experience in dealing with court cases, domestic enquiry, compliance management, etc.
• Integral part of Long-Term Settlement Team

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Work experience of 10 -15 years
• Expertise: Talent Development / Industrial Relations
• Languages: English, Hindi & Marathi
• Soft skills: Very Good Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
• Other: MS – Office (Hands on experience on excel & ppt)
