      Responsibilities

      • Design region-specific agronomic strategies that include nutrient management and pest control.
      • Educate and lead regional teams in the application of agronomic treatments and safety protocols.
      • Manage and adapt programs to diverse environmental conditions to ensure optimal landscape health.
      • Act as the primary agronomic consultant, delivering innovative solutions and maintaining high standards of landscape management.

      Qualifications

      • PhD or Master's in Agronomy, Plant Science, Horticulture, or related field.
      • At least five years of professional experience in agronomy, with a preference for those with a background in commercial landscaping.
      • Certification as a Crop Advisor (CCA) or similar is highly desired.
      • Expertise in managing diverse soil types and climate conditions across multiple regions.
      • Strong project management skills and proficiency in communication.

      Travel Requirements

      This position requires substantial travel, approximately 60-70% of the time.
