The Position

The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

The AI Adoption Coordinator will be responsible for enhancing the briefing process between global and local disease area team stakeholders (e.g. marketing leads), engagement managers, digital project managers, and Lab production teams by driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for BriefBot, Roche’s AI-powered briefing solution. This role requires a deep understanding of the briefing process, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and dedication to listening to user needs and creating an excellent user experience for them.. The ideal candidate will gather user needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure BriefBot's success by delivering value and efficiency to our users. AI experience is not required for the role.

The Opportunity:

• Define and Champion the BriefBot Product Vision: Articulate a clear and compelling vision for BriefBot, ensuring it aligns with business goals and effectively addresses the briefing challenges for both DA teams and Lab teams.

• Develop and Maintain the Product Roadmap: Create and manage a prioritized product roadmap for BriefBot features and enhancements, based on user feedback, market analysis, and strategic objectives.

• Gather and Synthesize User Needs: Conduct user research and gather feedback from users, particularly LEMs, DPMs and Lab content creation/production teams, to identify pain points and opportunities for BriefBot to improve the briefing process.

• Translate Needs into Product Requirements: Transform user insights and business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications for the development team.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, developers, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful development, launch, and adoption of BriefBot features.

• Monitor and Analyze Product Performance: Define and track key metrics to assess the success and impact of BriefBot, identifying areas for optimization and future development.

• Foster User Adoption and Engagement: Develop initiatives to drive user adoption and ensure that content requestors, content creation/production teams are effectively utilizing BriefBot to streamline their briefing process.

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, a related field, or minimum 5 years of equivalent experience in a multinational environment, working with business teams.

• You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with global and local DA teams, Lab engagement teams, Lab digital project managers and Lab content creation and production teams.

• You have good understanding of user-centered product development principles and d emonstrated ability to translate user needs into clear and actionable product requirements.

• You have a solid understanding of AI solutions and their application in enhancing user workflows.

• You own exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• You are passionate for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-centric products.
