What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and assess opportunities for AI-driven insights or automation
- Elicit, document, and manage business requirements and user acceptance testing scenarios for AI/ML projects
- Work with data science and IT teams to ensure data is properly gathered and prepared for model development
- Validate and monitor AI model performance, ensuring alignment with business KPIs
- Support user adoption of AI solutions by developing dashboards and providing training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience in business analysis, preferably on AI/ML or data-analytics projects
- Healthcare/PBM experience required
- Strong technical affinity with familiarity in data manipulation (SQL, Python/R)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in AI governance, ethics, and deployment lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and lead change in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with data visualization and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc)
