Required Skills:
• Experience working with both IT and business in the context of complex technology initiatives.• Must have experience with various (e.g. more than one) AI technologies; including GenAI, ML, Exprt Systems, Deep Learning, RPA or others.• Must have experience working with data and / business intelligence solutions (this may or may not be classified as a Data Science).• Should have experience working with business process automation related solutions.• A comprehensive understanding of risk management, compliance and Cyber Security.• Must have experience working with Digital Technologies, including a focus on UX, digital standards and human factors.• Should have experience working with (multiple) Cloud Hosting environments.• Excellent writing and presentation skills, more of experience with productivity tools and experience with GenAI productivity tools.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Identify AI-related risks and opportunities from an enterprise perspective.• Develop the organization’s AI strategy.• Develop the organization’s AI 5-year roadmap.• Identify the specific technologies that will be associated with organizations AI adoption and map them both into the strategy and roadmap/s.• Define the organizations AI vision. This includes both the mission or business perspective as well as the organizations views (and pledge) regarding AI ethics.• Establish the organizations AI Governance group and provide oversight and leadership for it. 7. Function as the organization’s outreach representative in relation to all things AI.• Provide program and project level oversight for all organization-specific AI-related activities, ensuring that work adheres to the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
