What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for AI initiatives aligned with enterprise goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product features and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Identify opportunities for AI to enhance business outcomes and streamline operational workflows
- Establish KPIs with business stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of AI solutions
- Evaluate external technology providers to ensure alignment with organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, innovation, consulting, or venture capital with exposure to AI
- 3+ years of experience in insurance operations or a similar field
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively
- Proven success in launching and scaling new products or processes in large organizations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing or developing AI/Machine Learning products highly preferred
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, processes, and AI technologies/concepts
- Proven ability to foster alignment and build consensus in a matrixed environment
- Experience designing solutions for regulated environments, particularly in the insurance sector
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
