      Performs entry-level administrative and technical support work. Work involves performing a wide range of administrative and project support work for the department, including creation and maintenance of process documentation and training material. Technical work involves entry level end-user support for AI-related business requests/issues. Employees at this level perform assignments following specific instructions and are subject to frequent review by the immediate supervisor.

      Essential Duties:

      • Assists in maintaining confidential information and records.
      • Assists in processing routine documents such as Articles, Job Aids, Manuals, and Instruction Materials.
      • Collaborates with cross-functional teams on project tasks
      • Contributes to requirement gathering and documentation efforts
      • Assists business and technical professionals in the analysis and assessment of a variety of business areas and processes.
      • Maintains files, records, and logs.
      • Maintains contact with team members, leads, and others.
      • Performs preliminary research on assignments and gathers pertinent data.
      • Performs routine word processing duties and conducts quality checks of documents created.
      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      Education: Must be a student in high school or other educational institution or accepted into a college, university or educational institution.

      Other Conditions:

      • Must be at least 16 years of age, a student currently enrolled in high school or any institution of higher education to include
        a trade/vocational school.
      • Employees at least 18 years of age with valid driver's license may be assigned driving duties and may
        use power tools.


      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Knowledge and understanding of basic artificial intelligence concepts

      Competencies:
      Research and analysis methodologies.
      Maintaining effective working relationships with others
      Collecting, sorting and compiling data
      Administrative support practices and procedures to include writing, editing and report writing techniques, recording meeting notes, record keeping and records management.
      Preparing correspondence/documents using correct spelling, grammar and punctuation; proofreading and reviewing documents for clarity and consistency
      Using standard office equipment
      Using computers and applicable programs, applications, and systems
      Maintaining a safe working relationship
      Follow verbal and written instructions.
      Follow applicable safety standards, practices and procedures.
      Protects sensitive and confidential information.
      Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      Strong customer service skills

      Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

      • Light work: Lift up to 20 lbs at a time and frequently lift or carry objects up to 10 lbs
      • Sitting - prolonged periods of time
      • Standing-prolonged periods of time
      • Repetitive Motion-substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
      • Close Visual Acuity-work includes data/figures; view a computer screen; extensive reading
