      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define and champion a comprehensive AI vision and roadmap aligned with state priorities
      - Collaborate with agency stakeholders to identify AI opportunities that improve efficiency and citizen engagement
      - Partner with product managers and engineers to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions
      - Establish processes for evaluating, approving, and monitoring AI initiatives
      - Advocate for responsible AI practices through training and awareness programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
      - At least 5 years of experience in AI, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
      - Proven leadership experience in defining and implementing strategic technology initiatives
      - Experience in program or product management, particularly with AI-driven solutions
      - Proficiency in data governance, security, and compliance best practices

      - Public sector experience is a strong plus
      - Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities with meticulous attention to detail
