      We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Enterprise ChatGPT 101, a virtual, instructor-led training focused on foundational knowledge of AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.

      These facilitators will need to be able to navigate the material and navigate in the ChatGPT background.
      This will be beginner level training. Everyone in the class will be in the platform following along with the facilitator.
      The facilitator will need to be comfortable with Webex.
      Class size will be 350 people. People will be muted. No interactive class in terms of students asking questions of the facilitator. Students will be able to ask questions in chat but the class will have a producer to help with the questions.

      Webex Facilitation Best Practices
      • Pre-Session Prep:
      o Test audio/video settings before the session.
      o Set clear expectations for participation (e.g., mute/unmute etiquette, chat use).
      o Assign co-hosts to help manage logistics (e.g., monitoring chat).
      • Engagement Techniques:
      o Encourage chat and reactions to keep the session interactive.
      o Leverage the "Raise Hand" feature for structured discussions.
      • Screen Sharing & Accessibility:
      o Ensure presenters are comfortable with screen sharing.
      o Use annotation tools when necessary to highlight key points.

      Set Up the Webex Meeting
      1. Schedule the Meeting
      o Go to Webex and schedule the session.
      o Assign Co-Hosts (if applicable) for support.
      2. Prepare the Meeting Space
      o Test audio and video before the session.
      o Ensure necessary files/slides are uploaded.
      o Prepare a shared document for capturing insights.
      3. Plan for Engagement
      o Decide on interaction methods (polls, chat, reactions).
      o Outline key discussion points and breakout activities.

      Facilitating the Webex Workshop
      Starting the Session
      1. Welcome Participants
      o Greet attendees and introduce the session.
      o Outline the agenda and expectations.
      o Explain how participants should interact (chat, raise hand, unmute).
      2. Set Ground Rules
      o Keep microphones muted unless speaking.
      o Use the Raise Hand feature for questions.
      o Engage via chat or reactions.
      3. Engagement Techniques
      o Ask open-ended questions and encourage chat participation.
      o Use screen sharing & annotation tools to highlight key points.

      Key Responsibilities of a Virtual Training Producer
      1. Pre-Session Support
      o Set up the virtual environment (e.g., Webex).
      o Ensure all links, settings, and breakout rooms are prepared.
      o Conduct tech checks for audio/video, screen sharing, and recording.
      o Assist facilitators with slide deck uploads and media setup.
      o Help attendees troubleshoot connectivity issues.
      2. In-Session Support
      o Manage Audio & Video:
      Mute/unmute participants as needed.
      Pin or spotlight the facilitator’s video.
      o Monitor Chat & Q&A:
      Answer technical questions in the chat.
      Surface key participant comments for discussion.
      o Monitor Participant Engagement:
      Encourage chat, emoji reactions, or hand-raising.
      Troubleshoot disengaged or disconnected participants.
      3. Post-Session Support
      o End the session smoothly (stop recording, save chat, etc.).
      o Provide session reports (attendance, poll results, chat transcripts).
      o Assist with follow-up actions (e.g., sending materials, answering questions).
      Why a Producer is Important
      Reduces facilitator overload – The trainer can focus on content instead of tech issues.
      Ensures seamless experience – Handles disruptions without affecting learning flow.

      This course introduces learners to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models, including how ChatGPT works and how to interact with it through effective prompt design. Participants will also explore responsible usage, with a focus on avoiding bias and misinformation.
      Learning Objectives:
      • Describe how ChatGPT works.
      • Configure an effective prompt.
      • List ways to avoid bias and hallucination in ChatGPT results.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Deliver engaging and professional virtual training sessions via WebEx.
      • Follow a provided facilitator guide and slide deck.
      • Answer participant questions confidently and accurately.
      • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and interactive learning environment.
      • Provide feedback or insights on course delivery as needed.
      Requirements:
      • Prior experience delivering virtual corporate training.
      • Strong understanding of ChatGPT, LLMs, and AI basics.
      • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
      • Comfort managing group discussions in an enterprise setting.
      • Familiarity with WebEx or similar virtual platforms.
      Facilitator – Enterprise ChatGPT 102: Using ChatGPT for Data and Documentation Analysis

      Overview:
      We are looking for a skilled trainer to facilitate Enterprise ChatGPT 102, an advanced training focused on using ChatGPT as a business analysis tool.

      • Duration: 90-minute sessions
      • Schedule: Monday through Friday (daily delivery)
      • Audience: Intermediate to advanced ChatGPT users in enterprise functions

      Course Description: ChatGPT 102
      This session explores how ChatGPT can support data-driven decision-making. Participants learn methods for using AI to perform analysis, visualize insights, and evaluate or generate business documents with precision.
      Learning Objectives:
      • Identify effective methods for data analysis using ChatGPT.
      • Select appropriate techniques for data visualization.
      • Describe how to configure Custom GPTs for business and data analysis.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Facilitate virtual training with a focus on practical application and use cases.
      • Guide participants through demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
      • Translate technical concepts into real-world business language.
      • Manage live Q&A, engage participants, and foster dialogue.
      • Provide feedback on learner engagement and training effectiveness.
      Requirements:
      • Experience facilitating data, tech, or business-focused trainings.
      • Strong grasp of ChatGPT’s capabilities in data analysis and documentation.
      • Ability to explain complex AI concepts in accessible terms.
      • Comfort working with diverse enterprise teams and roles.
      • Proficiency with WebEx and virtual engagement tools.
