      AI Transformation Analyst

      The AI Transformation Analyst will play a crucial role in the growth, measurement, and success of AI initiatives within Thomson Reuters Customer Experience and Digital Transformation. Key responsibilities include benefits analysis, implementing AI idea governance, developing communication strategies, fostering collaboration, preparing detailed insights, establishing governance frameworks, engaging stakeholders, and identifying additional opportunities to implement AI.

      About the Role

      In this opportunity as an AI Transformation Analyst, you will be responsible to:

      • Lead the process to understand and measure the benefits of our AI implementations, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
      • Define organizational best practices to evaluate potential AI vendors and solutions, enabling comparative analyses and recommendations.
      • Assist in developing business cases and ROI projections for proposed AI initiatives.
      • Collect and analyze data from various sources to support AI-driven decision-making and strategy development. Contribute to the creation of AI roadmaps and strategic plans for the organization.
      • Implement and manage a new AI idea capture process, ensuring effective governance and alignment with organizational objectives.
      • Contribute to a comprehensive communication strategy to articulate our AI story, strategy, and successes to internal and external stakeholders.
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and support the development of innovative solutions.
      • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on the outcomes of AI initiatives, highlighting key metrics, success stories, and opportunities for improvement.
      • Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and build support for AI initiatives.
      • Manage multiple work streams simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

      About You

      You’re a fit for the AI Transformation Analyst role if your background includes:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
      • 2-3 years of experience in AI transformation, data analysis, technology consulting, or a related role.
      • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with AI tools (machine learning, NLP, data visualization).
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage projects and explain complex concepts.
      • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive stakeholder relationships.
      • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
      • Passionate about AI, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
