What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell various travel options including domestic and international air travel
- Manage inbound and outbound participant calls
- Create preliminary itineraries for all TCA enrollments
- Handle airline schedule changes and resolve flight changes during world events
- Assist participants on the Emergency Line as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable experience
- 1-2 years of experience with Air Travel preferred
- Strong communication, decision-making, and persuasion skills
- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills
- Strong team player with the ability to work hard to achieve team objectives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Amadeus or airline GDS
- Strong CRM and computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
