      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process urgent air travel arrangements outside of business hours for shipboard officers, crew, and guests
      - Provide excellent customer service for cruise guests facing travel disruptions or requiring immediate assistance
      - Arrange hotel and ground transportation for shipboard personnel, including managing rooming lists and manifests
      - Monitor communications for shoreside travelers needing urgent assistance and provide timely information
      - Follow company policies and procedures during daily operations and perform additional duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a travel agency, airline, or wholesale travel agency
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes/Microsoft Outlook
      - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
      - Knowledge of the Sabre airline reservations system, including booking, ticketing, and processing
      - Flexible schedule availability for night and weekend shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a customer service role within the travel industry
      - Familiarity with corporate travel procedures and policies
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly in urgent situations
