- Perform intermediate and heavy maintenance tasks without supervision.
- Conduct airframe, powerplant, and propeller repairs and modifications to meet company and FAA requirements.
- Carry out routine inspections and troubleshooting, including on airframe structures, engines, and aircraft systems.
- Execute turbine engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and engine run-ups.
- Conduct airframe system and component changes, along with systems checkout.
- Install service bulletins and kits on airframes and engines.
- Comprehend and complete all Aircraft Manufacturer Scheduled Maintenance items.
- Remove and disassemble defective parts; assemble and install replacement parts; test aircraft systems.
- Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints.
- Sign off on work accomplished, including troubleshooting deferred maintenance items, ensuring proper recording of all maintenance tasks on company documents.
- Build customer invoices using labor calculations, purchase orders, and parts mark-up calculations.
- Utilize equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and a variety of hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies.
- Maintain constant vigilance for safety and ensure work performed adheres to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor to reduce excessive labor cost duplication.
- Ensure proper and adequate equipment is used, acceptable parts or components are installed, and approved hardware or supplies are used.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance.
- A&P Mechanic certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Embraer aircraft, including Praetor models.
- Experience with corporate aircraft such as Cirrus or ERJ commercial jets.
- Must have 3+ years of maintenance experience.
- A&P License is required.
- Experience with Praetor 600, Praetor 450, Praetor 500 models.

Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of mechanical duties on Embraer Corporate Aircraft such as Praetor models. Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing malfunctions and performing necessary disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of various aircraft systems to prepare them for flight and delivery to customers.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
