      Job Title: Aircraft Structural Technician - Centennial, CO

      Job Description

      • We have three distinct positions available in our aviation maintenance team.
      • Each role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of aircraft components and environments.

      Responsibilities

      • Structures Backshop: Work on a bench to repair, refurbish, and fabricate flight controls and structural components, such as elevators, ailerons, rudders, leading edge flaps, slats, spoilers, and stabilizers.
      • Commercial Hangar: Part 145 MRO working on a wide variety of corporate jets and general aviation turboprop aircraft.
      • Government Hangar: Perform C & D Checks on a fleet of Dornier 328 intelligence aircraft, focusing on corrosion repair.
      • Perform sheet metal riveting, precision drilling, fabrication, countersinking, reaming, cutting, deburring, and trimming.
      • Consistently use various sheet metal fasteners, including button head rivets, countersunk rivets, blind rivets, CherryMAX rivets, Hi-Loks, Hi-lites, and bolts.

      Essential Skills

      • 3+ years of experience in repairs, maintenance, or modifications.
      • Ownership of a basic set of tools.
      • Stable job history.
      • Experience in sheet metal, airframe, sheet metal repair, and fabrication.
      • Knowledge in aviation maintenance, riveting, aircraft modification, and maintenance repair.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Heavy maintenance experience preferred.
      • Corporate aircraft experience preferred.

      Work Environment

      • Work in climate-controlled FAA-regulated hangars with a casual dress code.
      • The work schedule offers a four-day work week, either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
      • Overtime is often available but not guaranteed.

      Job Type & Location

      • This is a 12 month Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, Colorado.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
