- Disassemble and assemble aircraft parts such as wings, fuselage, and landing gear according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Clean, inspect, and make necessary repairs to aircraft components.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments for assembly tasks.
- Conduct A-Checks and line maintenance on Boeing 737 and 747 aircraft.
- Troubleshoot, inspect, and perform heavy maintenance on aircraft.
- Engage in repair tasks within the aviation and military aviation sectors.
- A&P license required.
- Experience with Boeing or Airbus aircraft is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in airframe repair, troubleshooting, and inspection.
- Use of precision tools and instruments for aircraft maintenance tasks.
- 2+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Open to working flexible shifts, including days and nights.
- Ability to work within a 24-hour operation environment.
- Availability for shifts including 3 days of 12-hour shifts followed by 1 day of 6-hour shifts.

Work Environment
Work is performed at the Miami International Airport hangar. The operation runs 24 hours, with shifts assigned after training. Technicians work either days or nights, with shifts from 6pm to 7am or 6am to 7pm, including three 12-hour shifts followed by one 6-hour shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.
